This website is operated Beezoo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online store, content, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated by reference, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You may not use our Services or products for an illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate the rights of another person, introduce malicious code, interfere with site security, scrape or exploit the Services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.

3. Product Information and Personal-Care Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, ingredients, directions, images, colors, quantities, and pricing accurately. Packaging and product appearance may vary, and we do not guarantee that a device display will reproduce colors exactly. 4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or payment issues. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the order or otherwise confirm fulfillment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been authorized or collected, we will release the authorization or issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Products purchased through our store are for personal use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Payment

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors. Taxes and any optional shipping charges are shown at checkout when applicable.

Promotional codes must be entered before checkout and cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions may have separate eligibility requirements, end dates, exclusions, or quantity limits. We do not provide retroactive discounts or price adjustments unless required by law.

You represent that the payment information you provide is accurate, current, and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total shown at checkout.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If fulfillment is delayed beyond the timeframe represented at purchase, we will provide notice and any choices required by applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, satisfaction-guarantee claims, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The 90-Day Freshness Guarantee permits eligible customers to request a refund even if the product has been opened and used. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Subscriptions, If Offered

If we offer subscriptions or recurring deliveries, the price, billing frequency, renewal terms, minimum commitment (if any), and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

You may cancel future renewals using the method described at enrollment or in your customer account. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Any subscription-specific terms presented at checkout are incorporated into these Terms. If we do not offer subscriptions, this section does not apply.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Information you provide must be accurate and kept current. Notify support@beezoonu.com promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, is used fraudulently, or threatens the security of the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content—including text, product names, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, and software—are owned by or licensed to Beezoo and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and Other Submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment, suggestion, or other content (“User Content”), you represent that you own or have permission to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove User Content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beezoo and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Services or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater remedy is required by law. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beezoo and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

17. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision does not deprive consumers of any mandatory protections available under the laws of their place of residence.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted, unless applicable law requires additional notice. The “Effective date” above identifies the latest revision. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
